In collaboration with the development company Alibuilding, we have carried out the full automation of a new residential development, equipping its homes with the latest smart home solutions. The project includes systems for climate control, lighting, and security, all integrated into a single platform, offering future residents comfort, efficiency, and advanced technology.
Smart lighting
The homes use automated lighting systems that allow you to adjust brightness and ambiance with a single touch. Preconfigured scenes provide comfort and efficiency, adapting to each time of day.
Energy-efficient climate control
Intelligent climate control ensures comfort at all times and optimizes energy use. Residents can schedule temperatures according to their needs or manage them remotely from their phones.

Exclusive villa in Alicante
In one of our most exclusive projects, we carried out complete home automation of a luxury residence with the goal of offering its owners a fully connected, functional, and elegant home. From lighting and climate control to security and outdoor areas, every aspect of the residence has been designed so that technology provides comfort, efficiency, and tranquility without detracting from architectural design.
Thanks to this integration, the house becomes a versatile space, capable of adapting to daily routines and special moments, all with centralized and intuitive control.
