In compliance with current legislation, DOME (hereinafter also referred to as the Website) is committed to adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures according to the level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected.

This privacy policy is adapted to the current Spanish and European regulations regarding the protection of personal data on the internet. Specifically, it complies with the following rules:

The legal basis for processing personal data is consent. DOME undertakes to obtain the User’s explicit and verifiable consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes.

The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. As a general rule, withdrawal of consent will not affect the use of the Website.

When the User provides data through forms to make inquiries, request information, or for purposes related to the Website’s content, they will be informed if completion of any of these forms is mandatory because it is essential for the proper execution of the operation.

Personal data of minors
In accordance with Articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, only persons over 14 years old may legally give consent for the processing of their personal data by DOME. For minors under 14, parental or guardian consent is required, and processing is only lawful to the extent that it has been authorized.

Confidentiality and security of personal data
DOME is committed to adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.

The Website has an SSL certificate (Secure Socket Layer), which ensures that personal data is transmitted securely and confidentially, with fully encrypted communication between the server and the User.
